Core Synergistics. – This routine is full of exercises that workout not just one muscle group, but multiple ones. Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps – Full of upper body exercises such as presses, extensions, and flys that will target all the right areas in your chest, shoulders and triceps. Get ready for a leaner, stronger, more defined, and all around great looking upper body.

Back & Biceps – You’ll be doing curls and pull-ups until your back and biceps cant take it anymore. For men, this workout can help you build bigger, stronger biceps. P90X Fitness Guide

The Fitness Guide tells you how to use the program. Before you start the program it tells you what you need to know, and how to succeed with P90x. Read tips for how to get the most out of it, some information about supplements, how the program works, and an outline of the exercises in each of the workout routines. The guide also includes a fit test that will help you know where you are starting at fitness wise, schedules for the different P90x phases programs.

There are three ways to do P90x. Classic, Lean or Doubles. Those that want to follow the standard P90x program will follow the Classic workout schedule. For those that want to do more cardio and less resistance training (weightlifting), the Lean schedule is the one to follow. And, for those that want to do extra cardio, the Doubles schedule will suit you.

The Nutrition Plan

Gear You’ll Need For P90x
