Well, one thing for sure is that you shouldn’t give up on getting in better shape! P90x is a tough program with tough workout routines that are not for everyone.

Any of those are a good alternatives if P90x is too hard for you. Power 90 is an awesome program if you want a program like P90x, but less advanced and less intense.
